    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Provide the highest quality service to customers not limited to Korean customer, in a timely manner, in order to maintain client satisfaction
    • Maintain a customer care management approach towards key customers including close monitoring of all stages of key customer business.
    • Handle day-to-day needs of customers in a timely, complete and proper manner as per client needs and SGS procedure.
    REPORTING :
    • Customer Service Coordinator.
    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders within set deadlines and ensure that it have followed the correct prices, discount and additional fee of service
    • Monitor job execution and completion as per service promised date
    • Follow-up, monitor and report on all pending activities to the customer
    • Log any customer complaints, concern and feedback on SGS system
    • Point of contact for customers with queries about job order or job completion
    • Review and reports customer’s account every month through accounts receivable and solve all identified issues
    • Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery
    • Proactively keep in touch with client, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
    • Listen to and anticipate the client’s needs and feedback to offer the most suitable solution
    • Act as an extension of sales team and BD when representatives are away from the office
    • Identify, act upon and follow-up client reported issues and inform the sales team as appropriate
    • Support the invoicing and collection process
    • Capture and informed new market trends and regulations
    • Coordinate with SGS Networks, external resources and government authorities to provide solutions for key customers
    • To perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those specifically presented in this description
    • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
    • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
    PROFILE :
    • Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field
    • Minimum 2 years in relevant experiences
    • Fluent in Korean language Level 4, English (verbal, written and comprehension) and Bahasa Indonesia.
    • Intermediate computer skill (Ms.word and Ms.Excel)
    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Teamwork player towards a common goal
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    • An ability to work independently and as a team
    • Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail.
