This role requires individual that is dynamic and agile in driving sales strategies for the assigned territories or area. Overseeing and maintaining sales targets and managing sales team in the region.
Client Details
Our client is named one of the top FMCG companies. They are looking to bring on board a dynamic Area Sales Manager who can grow the business and make a key contribution to the business.
Description
- Responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring the system and also ways of working
- Developing promotion and activation program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target
- Identify sales growth and new channel opportunity in the area
- Ensure implementation of brand activities in the area - aligning with the approved marketing policies and guidelines
- Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume
Profile
*Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must.
*Preferably with at least 3-5 years experiences in sales team
*Experienced in FMCG or distributor
*Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
*Excellent presentation and communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-functions
*Strong and proven leadership
