The Opportunity
Performing and executing the Agency Sales target through development of Branches, district and division. You have

What We are Looking for:
- Experience talent in sales with minimum year of work
- Fully understand the flow of agency distribution from recruitment, development, activation and sales
- A person with a combination of sales and strategic management include capability in reporting
- A person with good interpersonal skill and networking
- A strong driven person, and achiever
What are nice to have?
- Experience talent performing agency training and recruitment
- Experience worked for multinational companies
On the Job You Will
- Planning, Execution and Achieving Sales target
- Execution initiatives to drive more sales, increase Manpower, More active and productive agency forces
- As agency management working closely with business partner (agency forces) achieving target
- Proactively manage all related company events and plan in line with vision and mission of Manulife
- Always demonstrate the performance and compliance culture in daily activity
- Leader of Change of Future Growth and Strategic Function
- Act and behave positively for company decision and action related to change for future growth
- Review performance periodically of agency forces and agency executives to be in line with company strategy
- Develop team members for future growth
- Maintain and develop good relationship with internal and external parties
- Consistent review and balance Efficiency and Effectiveness in agency operation
- Act as Business Leader and always review the cost and benefits of the organization
