Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 year experience in the same position
Position Summary:
- Assistant accounting Manager will be instrumental in supporting Accounting Manager in implementation of accounting organization structure such as Reconsilliation, analyst nature transaction and book the transaction to SAP, and prepare reporting to support Financial report
Key Purpose of the Job
This role supervise the member of accounting Team related with accounting Report and is responsible for
- Oversee accounting function including: monthly inventory reconciliation, annual physical inventory, periodic excess & obsolete analysis, CAPEX control and variance analysis
- Facilitate closing and manage the preparation and review company Financial report with accurate and timely filing
Key Area of Responsible
Reporting & Stationary Compliance
- Review of journal entries and reconciliations of various general ledger accounts and oversight of post-award grant accounting
- Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
- Manage Fixed Assets
- Makes sure transaction processing properly in SAP
- Manage all post close group requests/questions related to the results
- Manage and facilitate auditing: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc
- Balance sheet key account reviews
- Continuous review of site & corporate accounting processes to ensure overall standardized guidelines are followed and areas of efficiencies are identified
Leadership and People Development
- Identify the resources for the team to deliver financial objectives and ensure efficient and productive daily operations
- Exhibit leadership behaviors and ability to develop team to become effective employee
- Develop employees’ technical skills
Major Challenge
- Significant change management to move from founder-led culture to a best practice governance structure
- Up-skill and develop the tax and accounting team and ability to effective delegate without the reducing the performance efficiency
- Break down the current silos and create a collaborative internal business partnerships
