- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop and follow up on business leads.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.
- Visiting potential customers to demonstrate product and gain new markets.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Contacting client to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotion.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discount in consultations with General Manager.
- Must have hands-on sales experience in ISP industries and communities, Telco Operators, and Data Centers more than 3 years.
- Solid background in Data Center knowledge, network (LAN-WAN), and Telco Operations.
- Must have a strong sales background and technical understanding in the data center and network.
- Must have strong communication skills: Communicating with individuals from C-suite to Data Center levels.
- Must be an intermediate to expert user in MS Office -Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have creativity to create/design PowerPoint presentations.
- Knowledge with design solutions.
- Ability to resolve business issues; problem-solve.
- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, outside of the box thinker and customer focused
