- Implement company policy，administrate salary increase and review benefits scheme, based on the Internal/external data.
- Implement performance management, support Dept. managers on goals set up issues and follow up. Maintain the payroll.
- Maintain and monitor employee relations, guard against labor risks
- Conduct regular HR data analysis and submit HR analysis report
- Bachelor degree on above, major in Law or HRM preferred (if you thought you awesome enough, ignore this please)
- 5+ years working experience in HR position, 3+ working experience in mobile phone or IT business. (if you thought you awesome enough, ignore this please)
- Good English in both written and oral, if you could speak Mandarin, awesome.
- Familiar with labor law, can handle simple cases independently
