Ensure that the provisions of 24-hour service 365 days a year in Case Management and Call Center can be carried out and where possible exceed the expectations of clients, agents and members and policyholders.
Brief Scope of Work
- Review and giving decision to high cost or cases escalated from doctors or paramedic.
- Ensuring care and fees charged in accordance with the medical needs through observation and reasonable and in line with costs is available from the hospital.
- Helping clients to monitor, investigate and understand the risks and the design of high costs and / or employees who are chronically ill in the future.
- Develop measurement standards and objectives of your division and ensure prompt action can be taken to resolve the detected failure / unknown.
- Ensuring the team following procedure by monitoring and evaluating the work of both Case Management and Call Center team.
- Visit work sites to ensure that your client can handle and able to answer questions from the participants / clients of insurance / agent regarding the care, services or rights.
- Able to implements Standard Operations Procedure for both Case Management and Call Center Division.
- Having previous experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) Industry and or Medical Insurance Company at least two years is a must.
- Minimum Medical Doctor from reputable University.
- Understand on the TPA process.
- Having good analytical skills.
- Good understanding on SOP as well as the implementation to the Division.
- Knowing how to produce report in many formats.
- Communicative and able to make instant decision.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel format.
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written.
- Willing to work both independently or as part of a team with tight dateline.
- Good Command in English
