- Incoming and outgoing post is accurately sorted and distributed.
- Filing is neatly and accurately filed.
- Equipment is maintained in operational order with paper and consumables replaced as required.
- Carryout non routine duties as required by the supervisor.
- Maintain levels of stationery.
- Support the claims team by providing high quality administrative tasks.
- Register new claim and adjuster fee, include payment process.
- Candidate must be possess Diploma degree (preferably Insurance Academy, or equivalent with GPA minimum 2,75).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration role handling claim general or health insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Home based: Jakarta
