Positions cover responsibilities over a broad spectrum as follows:-
A. Finance and Accounting Functions:
- Finalization of accounts up to Statement of Accounts.
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts. Submission of accounting and management reports on timely manner.
- Compliance with tax and local statutory/accounting requirements.
- Planning and managing cash flow and fund flow etc.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and expense control on monthly basis.
- Account Receivable control, generate commercial invoice
B. Commercial Functions:
- Co-ordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company.
- Co-ordinates with logistic company to dispatch goods to Sale and distribute all over Indonesia.
C. Administrative Functions:
- General administrative functions, renewal of licenses/ approvals.
- Human resource administration.
We are looking for Accounts Professionals with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be having:
- Good Communication Skills.
- English Language is mandatory.
- Able to work in challenging environment.
- Conversant with popular accounting software such as ACCPAC will be advantage.
- Able to use MS Office extensively.
