- Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margins within the point of present & vertical ( Mining, Plantation, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, services, financial, education) in accordance with yearly sales budgets.
- Developing customers based strategy plans for new and existing customers.
- Establishing relationships with individuals at all levels of customer’s organization.
- Continued relationship building & Growth with customers after the sale.
- The ideal candidate would have a previous experience of 3-10 years in the ICT market segment and also have an extensive business development background
- Prior experience in sales project to successful completion
- A high degree in energy and personal motivation, demonstrate project and tie management skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct high level meetings with customers.
- Experience in direct marketing/ direct sale is an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in English both oral and written.
