- Responsible to implement recruitment planning start from advertising job vacancy, sorting the applicants, arranging and process for interview and preparing employee agreement.
- Handle recruitment process in IT project
- Female, Max 28 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology
- Have experiences in recruitment or selection (min 1 years).
- Accustomed to using psychological test such as (TKD, Kreaplin, Wartegg, Papikostik, CFIT)
- Good analytical thingking and problem solving
- Energetic and good communication skill
- Ready support and trip to all branch such as : Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar.
