We are looking for a Service operation & Korean Language Support position to be responsible for marketing, event planning, service operation, customer service, and communication development.
We’re hiring the service operation and communication position due to the service expansion in the company.
- Managing service operation
- Analyzing mobile market
- Supporting app service testing
- Localizing / translating content
- Bridging the communication between Korean and Indonesian
- Majored in Korean language or experienced studying in Korea (Indonesian)
- Great challenge spirit
- Good analytical skill
- Excellent understanding of mobile service
- Optimistic and pro active
- 2 years + experience in IT company
- TOPIK min. level 4
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Experience in Android service operation
- 15 days of annual leave provided after trial period of 3 months
- Monthly phone credit (pulsa) of Rp 100,000
- Monthly transportation fee of Rp 100,000
