A fast growing and leading Audio Visual distribution company in Indonesia with famous brands has an immediate vacancy for Service Center Manager.
You will join the most well-known company in the industry and earn the chance to show yourself as a game changer by turning around a slow cost center into a fast and efficient profit center in the company. You will report directly to CEO since this department is one of the main priorities in the group.
- University degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position managing electronic Service Center or teams of electronic repair staffs.
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts management, schematic interpretation, Service Center process flow, RMA and problem solving
- Excellent in verbal and especially written communication in English as you have to deal mostly with foreign principals and vendors.
- Strong motivational leader with effective administrative, project management, and mentoring and coaching abilities for the staffs.
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good relationship builder with a wide variety of customers.
- Male/ Female, under 45 and based in Jakarta or Cibubur area.
