SSJK Consulting provides accounting, tax and business advisory services to foreign and national companies operating in a wide range of business sectors.
We are currently seeking a Secretary and Office Executive who demonstrate initiative and are self-motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure and have strong analytical skills to join as our team. All applicants should be proficient in both oral and written English, and possess excellent computer skills. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is an advantage for this position.
In addition to the above requirements, specific qualifications for each position are as follows:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with filing system, preparing letters/correspondences, managing expenses report, handling client's phone call and guests
- Previous experience for handling invoices is preferable
- Having relevant course certificates, e.g. English is an advantage
