- MEET OR EXCEEDS REVENUE AND PROFIT TARGET ASSIGNED
- Develop and maintain productivity working relationship with costumer, such as and Users, Consultants, Contractors, Designers, etc
- Develop strategic and long term relationship with key decision makers at End-Usher Accounts.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin.
- Identify upcoming sales opportunities and influence costumer spaces to favor our products.
- Create and deliver impactful presentation to inspire them of our product; clearly demonstrate the value propositions as influenced by changing legislation and new technology advancement.
- Delivers solutions proposals, use dollarization and other sales techniques to secure a commitment to execute the projects.
- Negotiate and secure project orders.
- Achieving sales target given.
- Build up and manage a strong sales team to meet the target assigned.
- Result-orientated person only need to apply.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of successful strategic sales experiences, especially in lighting industry,
- Solid understanding of profitability and other financial measurement.
- BA or BS Degree; Engineer Degree Preferred
