- Prepare and develop training matrixs of the company, incule but not limited to training modules, Training Need Analysis, etc.
- Plans and ensure the implementation of the training is progressing well and coordination with all relevant parties.
- Establish training need analysis based on company objectives.
- Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques.
- Provide performance analysis of training programs.
- Monitoring in training administration process.
- Plans & deliver Organization Development Program or Management Trainee and yearly training program for all employees
- Candidate must be possess Bachelor Degree, (with GPA minimum 2,75)
- Minimal 5 year of experience in training or learning development.
- Having Training Need Analysis (TNA) ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident, articulate, and good speaking abilities; empathic listener and persuasive.
- Able to work independently and high innovative person.
- Computer Literate
- Home based: Jakarta.
