- Minimum Bachelor degree with min. 2 years’ experience and able to communicate in English
- Strong work ethic and attitude, curious with the IT innovation
- Able to work in team, as well as independent
- Experience in account management for Mid to Large Corporate and/or as Product Manager for IT Solution
- Willing to travel (20-30% off the job)
- Engaged with targeted customers (all level, incl. C-Level)
- Capable in doing requirement gathering and BANT analysis, and do simple demo
- Capable in analyzing the right solution and brainstorming to suggest a workaround, if needed.
- Able to create and implement sales strategy, as well as manage complex sales process
- Engage with Principal
- Capable in writing proposal and work closely with Solution Sales and Delivery Team
- Manage and carry sales target quota and forecast
