HR, Admin & GA Manager
- S-1/S-2 degree majoring in Psychology/Law/HR Management or others from reputable university with GPA min 3.0.
- Have min. 3 years working experience (prefer in education field) as Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager..
- Have good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan No.13/2003, PerMen no.102/MEN/VI/2004, etc).
- Experience in drafting working contract agreement (PKB): local & expatriates
- Experience in IR, reprimanding letter, etc.
- Preferably have knowledge of Human Capital Development and Organizational Development, Salary Scale, Employee Handbook/code of conduct, organizational structure, BPJS, etc.
- Exceptional in communication: excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Accountable handling confidentiality.
- Strong leadership, problem solver, strong organizational, filing documents and planning skills.
- Mature personality, initiative, hard worker, good attitude and discipline.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Serve as a link between management and employees.
- Computer literate with Ms. Office and Internet, preferably familiar with Ms.Power Point.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Experience in building maintenance/General Affairs.
- Capable work as a team and yet individual.
- Willing to work for extra hours.
Placement in Bandung.
