- The Leader takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing.
- The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require.
- Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest.
- The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies.
- He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Minimum Height F 165 cm, M 170 cm.
- Age maximum 25 Years old.
- Hospitality or F&B background.
- Have a good ability to work both as team or individual.
- Min. 1-2 years work experiences as a Waiter/Server.
- Willing to be placed at BLOWFISH (City Plaza Wisma Mulia, Gatot Subroto)
