- Resolve customer's issue, concern, and provide quality recommendation to customers on choosing the best service provider for their specific requirements
- Provide quality control for customer requirement
- Build and maintain strong relationship with service provider
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or D3
- Independent, resourceful and possess good business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Result-driven approach in order to meet allocated targets each quarter
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High discipline and able to work in fast pace environment
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Degree in civil engineering / Interior Design / Architecture is a plus
