He obtained a Master in Management, focusing on Human Resources, from Westminster University, UK and a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. He received the British Chevening Award in 2004 for his professional achievement.

One of the founders and the External Relations of TALK-inc. She started her career in the broadcasting industry in 1991 as a Radio Dj in Prambors. Since then she's been hosting so many live events such as grand launching, companies'annual party, awardings and charities. Not to mention the TV programs that she's been presenting. Pesta-Indosiar, Pesta Bintang-SCTV, The Plaza-Metro TV , Selamat Datang Pagi-RCTI, and Back To Beck-Metro TV are some of them.

One of the founders and the Managing Director of TALK-inc. He began his carrier in the world of broadcasting in the end of year 1989 as a radio broadcaster and creative team of Prambors Radio. His expertise in public speaking brought success to all the projects that he and his colleagues formed together. Starting from creating many events in Hard Rock Café Jakarta as well as Bali, helping government to support APEC conference, partnering with UNICEF for the two years campaign in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and New York, brought an art mission to Pert-Australia and San Francisco, became a spokesperson for a charity event in Los Angeles, to giving out a grand outdoor Phil Collins concert in Jakarta, in 1995.
