Director of HRD
BSD City, Tangerang
General Requirements :
- A good reference is a must
- More than 5 years experience in a similar position or senior HR managerial level with a reputable and Medium to Large Company specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Competencies in key areas of HR, specifically in Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Employee Communication and Industrial Relation, etc.
- Competent to design, plan and acquire talented and fit people based on need, develop talent management, training and development system
- Experiences in establishing a proper remuneration and HR system
- Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, strong people and result orientation
- Honest, discipline, self motivated, hardworking and strong leadership
- Mature and reliable personality with strong dedication and passion
- Willing to work under pressure, self starter, meet tight deadlines, energetic and personal drive to success
- Has the spirit and understanding of the culture of higher education/university (a person coming from the same field would be preferable)
