- Administer warning letters and termination program
- Grant warning letters and termination program to employees who received those
- Coach problem employees
- Handling criminal cases
- Handling employees voting
- Handling corporate social responsibility
- Handling employees clash
With qualifications :
- Male, 30 – 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA : 3.30 majoring in Law
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written are preferred
- Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position at manufacture industry
- Excellent communication skill
- Persistent and tough attitude is a must
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung area
- Willing to join immediately (one week noticed)
